About Storylogic

A senior-only IT firm for teams that treat infrastructure seriously.

We started Storylogic because the market is saturated with two kinds of IT providers — the ticket-mill MSPs that never fix root cause, and the boutique consultancies that disappear once the slide deck is delivered. We wanted the third option to exist.

Our thesis

The best IT teams look like small engineering teams.

They version their infrastructure. They write postmortems. They treat security posture as a codified thing, not a set of vibes. They know what runs where, and why.

Most organizations don't have the headcount or seniority to build that in-house — and that's the gap we fill. We embed at the depth of an in-house platform team, but with the accountability and pace of an external firm.

[ 02 ] What we won't do

Bill for tickets we caused

If an incident traces back to our change, we own it end-to-end at no cost.

Onshore-offshore theatre

Every engineer on your account is senior and based in your working timezone.

Lock you in

Everything we build is documented, owned by you, and portable to another team on request.

Say 'best practice'

We name specific tradeoffs. Best practice is what people say when they haven't thought it through.

Ship undocumented systems

If it isn't written down, it doesn't exist. Full stop.

Chase every trend

We're conservative with your production. Novelty is a cost we don't pass on.
